The above are example weight brackets only. The postage included with these rates will always be a high service courier. e.g. DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, Hermes (Corporate)
Prices are subject to live price changes for specific courier/country/weight combinations.

Highlands postcodes (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland and Islands in proximity to the UK Coast including Isle of Wight where a £10 extra charge applies.
The postal service and couriers are experiencing COVID-19 related delays, which may affect orders sent with our standard service.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for all orders at present.
Due to Covid-19 courier companies are adding a temporary surcharge onto shipments outside of Europe. Therefore, International Shipments are currently subject to a COVID Surcharge of £3.92 Per Kilo. Please contact us if you need more details.
Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday on working days.
UK weekends and Bank holidays are classed as non-working days.
Orders received before 12PM UK time Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched by us on the same day they are received.
Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order with us on Friday it will not be due to be delivered until the following week.
Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time but using our tracked services will mean you can track your delivery and in many cases receive notification of a more detailed delivery window..
Once a parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been "Fulfilled" and "Dispatched". You will then receive a message (Text or Email) from our courier. If you have queries regarding your delivery, please contact the courier delivering your order.
Our standard UK target delivery time for orders is usually 48 hours from notification of dispatch however whilst this is usually met this is not guaranteed.
Given the current pandemic and Brexit, orders are taking up to around 15 days for Europe at present and have been taking up to 26 days or longer for international delivery.
We highly recommend using our tracked service as the provided tracking number will always give you the latest information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
We are working closely with our delivery partners who are monitoring this and hope this situation improves.
We, together with our couriers are trying hard to get your parcel to you on time.
Set Date Deliveries
Whilst we will always strive to support these, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday and busy times of the year (this includes bank holiday weekends), please order early and well in advance.
Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.
Duty And Local Charges For Orders Outside The UK
Please note that all EU and International parcels are sent delivery duty unpaid. Your order may be subjected to customs duties, taxes and other local charges.
Please check your local regulations and charges before placing your order.
Unfortunately, these charges are not within our control and we cannot be held liable for them.
Missed and Redeliveries
We do everything possible to make your shopping with us a positive and pleasant experience. Your order is packed with great care so that you receive it in perfect condition. If you are not home to receive a postal delivery, it may have to be collected from the local post office. We cannot be held responsible for any spoilage which may occur in this instance.
Any amendment to delivery instructions will only be accepted before the goods are dispatched. We advise that if you are frequently out, you give a delivery address where somebody will be home, or your work or neighbours address or a leave safe instruction
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Subscription and Recurring Products
Your first subscription product will be shipped the same day provided the order is placed by 12PM UK time on a working day (Saturdays Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Orders placed on Saturday's, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day).
Your tracking reference number will be supplied as soon as your Yebobox has been shipped to you so that you can track its journey to your door.
We will then ship your subscription product directly to your doorstep at the agreed frequency when you placed your order.
If you would like to pause, cancel or amend the items in your subscription this can be done in your account or using the link provided in the email sent to you when your subscription order was accepted.
Amendments to Orders, Prices and Delivery Charges
We will try to accommodate wherever possible before packaging or preparation for shipment has begun.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate changes if packaging or dispatch is underway.
We reserve the right to amend our advertised prices without prior notification both for products and delivery costs.
A Note About Chocolate
Purchasing chocolate or confectionery destined for countries with hot climates is done so at your own risk. Items are not shipped with ice packs to avoid degradation and white bloom on chocolate.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for chocolate items that have melted due to a heatwave or hot climates.

A Note About Alcohol
Alcohol is only available for delivery to the mainland UK at present.
As a responsible retailer, any order containing alcohol is sent via DHL 24 Hour Age Verification signed for service and a person 18 or over is required to sign for delivery.
You must be of legal purchasing and drinking age and by placing an order you receive the order and photo identification may be requested. confirm that you are of the legal drinking age. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. Please drink responsibly!
All complaints will be dealt with on merit and are to be made by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your order, giving full details of condition of goods and packaging.
Claims and complaints made after this period may not be entertained.
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us on email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. We undertake to respond within 24 hours to your complaint and to replace or refund any faulty product within a reasonable time frame dependant on stock availability etc.
Parcel packing is done meticulously to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible condition. It is then mailed or sent to you by courier which is where our delivery responsibility ends.
You can imagine how upset WE feel if YOU are disappointed in any way when you receive your order.
As in our experience delayed items often turn up, we typically do not undertake any remedial actions on parcels until at least 10 working days have passed for UK orders and longer for international deliveries.
