Absolutely! Yes you can. Just add your single purchase items from our shop and subscriptions to your cart and checkout as usual.
Yes you can. For one time purchases without a subscription simply select add to cart from the product page.
You can choose exactly which items you would like in your box using our Build Your Own Box option. We also have two boxes that we carefully put together each month based on favourites from our Facebook Poll Our Mini box includes a minimum of 6 delicious and hard-to-come-by African products. Our Classic box includes a minimum of 11 delicious and hard-to-come-by African products. We deliver you a range of delicious, quality treat selections from much-loved brands.
For our curated boxes where we carefully select products based on your feedback on our Facebook Poll and ship monthly, there are two different sizes. These are the Mini Box and the Classic box, Each mini box includes a minimum of 6 delicious and hard-to-come-by African products, the classic has a minimum of 11. You can now also create and personalise your own box, choosing all the items you would like to receive using our Build A Box offering.
You can choose exactly which items you would like in your box using our amazing Build Your Own Box product. Once setup can also manage your subscription delivery frequency and swap items in your build a box product online in your account. We also love surprises, and if you would prefer you can choose our monthly Classic or Mini Boxes. The contents of each of these curated box are a surprise! The magic of the experience is receiving all your favourite most loved brands that you grew up with. We will pick the most favourite ones based on feedback and supply different products each month.
Yes - with our build a box option you can change the items in your subscription in your online account. If your subscription is already being packaged or prepared for delivery this option may not be available and the swap may not take effect until after your next delivery. Please note items in our curated boxes where we carefully choose the contents for you cannot be swapped or changed.
Yes, of course, that is the beauty of Yebobox you can send it to family or friends living far away that may need some home comforts and something familiar or as a regular treat for them to look forward and enjoy. To send someone a Gift Box or to gift a subscription, simply enter your recipient's shipping address during checkout instead of your own.
Absolutely! During the check out process you will be given the option to add a personalised gift note which we will include in your box.
Yep- these are available on our site and we will share your gift certificate via email.
You can choose weekly, monthly, or quarterly delivery. If you order before 12 noon UK time your first box will be dispatched on the same day. Orders within the UK should arrive within 5 working days. International orders should arrive within 26 days. We highly recommend our tracked delivery service so you can see exactly where your order is. Your next box will be dispatched 1 week/month/quarter after the date of your first order depending on whether you chose a weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription.
Whilst we will always strive and do everything possible to get your delivery to meet a special date or occasion, we cannot guarantee that your box or order will arrive by a certain date because our boxes ship directly from England and shipping, especially international shipping, can be unpredictable. If your shipment has not arrived when expected, please feel free to contact us at hello@yebobox.com and we will do our best to help
Yes- we use Shopify Payments, Paypal and other Payment Processors for our payment processing which accept various currencies. You can see currencies we support by selecting your currency on the bottom of any page of our site bar the checkout and shop in the currency of your choice..
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or any other type of credit/debit card accepted by Stripe and Shopify Payments and our other payment processors.
Your first order will be billed immediately. Thereafter you will be billed on the same date as your original payment at the frequency you chose for your subscription ( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription to a box or product at any time. To cancel your subscription - access "My Account" and select "My Subscriptions". Any active Subscriptions will be listed here, click Cancel and follow the steps given. Alternatively, please contact us via hello@yebobox.com
To update your default shipping address for your subscription: Please contact the YeboBox team at hello@yebobox.com
Thank you for wanting to share the YeboBox love with your friends and family! Because we need a unique shipping address attached to each subscription or gift order, it is currently not possible to order multiple boxes going to different addresses in the same order. Please place a new order for each box that is going to a different address. For gifts just enter the gift recipients details in the delivery section of the checkout.
Thank you for being interested in one of our past boxes! Unfortunately, due to limited inventory, we are currently unable to sell past boxes.
While the contents of each box vary, some products we offer within each box contain gluten. As we provide products from multiple suppliers there is the potential for allergens to be present- we do take this very seriously but sadly cannot remove this risk entirely. Please refer to the individual product packaging for details of allergens within specific products.
All snacks are sourced from suppliers and brands based in Southern Africa
Oh, no negative bru that is definitely not what we want to hear. If your item is at all damaged (melted, defective, etc), we ask that you please take a photo immediately and email the YeboBox teams at hello@yebobox.com where we can assist you further.
Courier tracking information will be provided and available for your order in your account area. Please contact the courier in the first instance in the event of any issues. If the courier is unable to resolve your issue please email hello@yebobox.com including your order number in the email so we can assist.
If an item arrives faulty or defective please contact us within 24 hours with photos by emailing hello@yebobox.com and we will get it sorted. Our full refund policy is also available on the footer section of every page our site.

If you are interested in receiving a free box to review, please include the following information in your email to hello@yebobox.com 1. Full Name 2. All your social media handles 3. Links to any relevant past reviews you have done of other boxes 4. Any other information you think would be helpful in our decision making. Due to our limited resources, we only accept reviewers that we feel are a good fit for us. However, if you would still like to purchase a box and do a review, feel free to send us the completed review so we can share it via our channels!
