Billies and Tong biltong comes vacuum sealed and has a 3-month shelf life (if unopened).
If a bag is opened & not finished please either store it in a cool place or in the fridge.
**Please note this biltong comes with fat on it (the way we enjoyed it in Africa).
The fat is on the ends & can be sliced off if necessary.
